What is Stoicism?

Transcript
Stoicism is like buildin' an unbreakable internal operating system for your mind. It starts with SELF CONTROL, where you're the driver of your own reactions instead of letting outside events steer you. You focus strictly on what YOU can change. That leads to developin' a GOOD CHARACTER, which means aimin' for KINDNESS and integrity as your north star in every interaction. When things get tough, you lean on INNER STRENGTH. Think of it as a mental shield that helps you face challenges BRAVELY without being knocked over by the waves of life. Then there's LIVING PRESENT. Stoicism teaches us to quit worryin' about the past or future and focus entirely on the WORK we're doin' TODAY. Finally, the foundation of it all is LOGICAL THINKING. It’s about usin' RATIONAL THOUGHT to see the world as it really is, not just how it feels. It’s all about practical wisdom! Tiny Concepts.
