What is a timeline?

A timeline is like a super-cool map for a story! Look at this path! The START POINT is where our adventure begins, just like when you first wake up and hop out of bed! As we walk along, we find BIG EVENTS. These are the exciting parts, like a birthday cake or graduation, that make the story special! We have to keep everything in the CORRECT ORDER, like lining up your favorite toy cars, so the story makes sense from first to last. That little clock shows HOW LONG things take, so we know if a part of our story was a quick jump or a long, sleepy nap. Finally, we reach the FINISH POINT at the end of the road, where the story is all done and we can say, 'WE DID IT!' Tiny Concepts.
