What is God?

People have used different blueprints to understand the divine for thousands of years, and this chart breaks those big ideas into four main categories. First, we've got the ABRAHAMIC FAITHS, like Christianity and Islam, which usually focus on a SINGLE creator who exists outside of the physical world and interacts with history through laws and messengers. Then there's ANCIENT TRADITIONS, like Hinduism and Shinto, where the divine is often seen through MANY different forms or spirits connected to specific places, ancestors, and long historical lineages. But if you look at the UNIVERSAL SPIRIT idea, God isn't seen as a person at all—instead, it's the invisible energy or flow that CONNECTS everything in nature and the entire universe together. Finally, there's the ABSTRACT CONCEPT, where 'God' is a name for the highest possible values, like PERFECT GOODNESS or absolute TRUTH, actin' as a compass for how we should live our lives. It's all about how different cultures try to map out the GREAT UNKNOWN. Tiny Concepts.
